Change Analyst / Change Consultant / Change Manager - Sharepoint, Office 365, Sharepoint Online

My client, is one of Australia's largest employers and is a leading ASX listed organisation, currently looking for their next star in the role of Change Analyst / Change Consultant / Change Manager - Sharepoint, Office 365, Sharepoint Online - to join their dynamic team! This is a contract role based in Sydney's CBD. In this role, you will be working in the Change Management team with the aim of transforming the clients IT capability through the implementation of a Sharepoint, Office 365 and Sharepoint Online solution.

As the - Change Analyst / Change Consultant / Change Manager - Sharepoint, Office 365, Sharepoint Online - you will be responsible for;

  • Conducting change impact assessments, training needs assessment, change agent mobilisation and engagement
  • Data gathering, analysis and translating data into meaningful information for the purposes of learnign and development needs, particularly training and engagement
  • Ability to plan an end to end change implementation; from change approach, readiness assessment to execution of the change implementation.
  • Support the Change Lead to design and execute change management activities; including progress status reports, Portal maintenance and update, assessments and PMO related activities
  • Translate change impact assessments and work with change agents to review their business unit detailed change impact assessments and business readiness assessments
  • Support Change Lead to design and execute change communications activities
  • Co-ordination of communications activities to ensure consistent and timely stakeholder management activities and monitoring of progress
  • Develop stakeholder planning and management activities for programme stakeholders
  • Identification of best channels for communication including e-channels, face to face, media and other appropriate tools
  • Responsible for execution of staff surveys and use of other communications tools, analyse outputs and develop insights and recommendations
  • Development of communications materials
  • Setup and management of communications channels


Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Change Analyst / Change Consultant / Change Manager Experienced in business transformation methodologies
  • Experienced in change analysis tasks, techniques and change management methodologies
  • Experienced in the design, development and implementation of training regimes and strategies for both, blue and white collar workers
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Office 365 and Sharepoint Online implementations
  • Ability to determine audience needs and develop relevant change management approach
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
