Are you experienced in change and communication? Do you have experience in the government sector? If this is you, we can assist you to take the next step in your career.
A local Sydney council is looking for a subject matter expert to lead designated change projects. You will support employees through change to build awareness, understanding, engagement and empowerment.
This role will start as temporary until May 2019 with a possibility of extension, working closely with the transformation and business excellence and communications teams.
The role will involve responsibilities such as:
• Lead a designated change program achieving objectives within timeframes and quality standards
• Develop and implement change management
• Consult effectively with stakeholders to identify, escalate and address strategic risks and issues
• Assess and manage change diagnostics
• Work closely with council teams to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to developing communications and materials
• A commitment to pursue excellence in all aspects
To succeed in the application process you will have
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (communications, change management or other related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing large or organisation wide change projects
• Highly developed facilitation, presentation, prioritisation and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience providing high level advice to leaders throughout the business
