Our client is a large government organisation and they require a Change Coordinator to support the Change function through strong coordination within the Transformation and Relocation Program. This role will report in to the Building Senior Change Manager.

The role involves a hands on approach in supporting the team with creating packs for road shows, fact sheets, FAQs, conducting sessions, taking minutes of meetings, stakeholder matrix, spreadsheets, tracking events, locations, chasing people for attendance, stakeholder engagement, etc.

There is also travel involved to other offices predominantly in the CBD.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a Change coordinator role ideally from a government background. It's also beneficial to have experience in a relocation project.
