About the Role:

The Change Manager will be required to work alongside the relevant team in order to support them throughout required changes involving the overall service delivery. This includes liaising with various stakeholders to coordinate and update with a clear and informative matter, supporting and resolving issues accordingly. Relevant stakeholders impacted by the change will need to be identified and analysed to determine any significant impacts. The role will also include designing and supplying training and development surrounding the changes and the significant impacts involved.

About you:

  • Experience within planning and coordinating workplace changes and transformation
  • Experience within stakeholder and business impact analysis and reporting
  • High level of communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder and staff relationships
  • Ability to collaborate within a supportive team environment
  • Demonstrated training support and delivery experience
  • Experience within the public sector ideal, but not essential
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Proven leadership capability
