Our client is a reputable and growing Government department, who are seeking a talented and experienced Change Manager. You will be assisting in the development and delivery of change strategies for various IT and Digital projects. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual, who is ready for a challenge within a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:
• Support the design and delivery of change services and strategies (e.g. scope, impact assessment, change management strategy, change management plan, risk mitigation, change communications, capability assessment, resistance management, coaching)
• Provide advice and consult with key stakeholders on complex issues; to ensure achievement of objectives, on time and to budget.
• Contribute to ongoing business change readiness and related risks
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
• Support change management at the organisational level, increasing change capability and awareness across all levels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities, identifying opportunities and proposing innovative approaches to achieving objectives.
