Are you a passionate and dynamic individual currently working in the insurance industry and looking for the next step in your career?

Our client has an exciting opportunity available to join their National Insurance Brokerage company with registering new claims and working to support the claims support team which will allow you to grow and be trained with the chance to develop into a senior claims examiner role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lodging new claims
  • Processing payments
  • Liaising with insurers and clients
  • Managing and updating database
  • Assessing eligibility of claims and gathering all necessary information and documentation

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following:

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach to work
  • High level of planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced with MP Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Understanding of insurance and the claims process is desirable
