About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Client Service Officer to join a highly regarded NSW Government Organization in Parramatta. Ideally you will have a minumum of 2 years experience as a customer service representative in the banking/finance/insurance industry. You will be responsbile for using your expertise to make informed decisions and provide high quality customer service.


  • Answering inbound calls/enquires from clients
  • Make informed decisions regarding approvements of loans for clients
  • Undertake a range of administrative support services, including word processing or data entry
  • Building relationships with clients and stakeholders (internal/external)
  • Proving high quality customer service

The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes:

  • Minumum 1-2 years experience in a customer service role in the banking, finance or insurance industry
  • High attention to detail & accuracy
  • High level communication service skills
  • Strong Administration skills with intermediate to advanced level understanding of MS Office.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team as well as independantly
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
