Recently, this elite business has grown their Brisbane Office and is looking to bring on outstanding candidates to join their team.

The Role:

We are looking for professional and driven individuals who are looking to work in a corporate, inbound contact centre environment.

Client Service Consultants are the first point of contact for phone and email based enquiries for the organisations products including; mortgages, credit cards, superannuation, investment portfolios and trade accounts. The team manages all inbound calls and processing for advisers, independent financial advisers and clients. You will work as part of an energetic, supportive, high performing team.

Duties:

  • Exceptional Customer Service when speaking with Advisers and Clients
  • Managing your own work flow
  • Use your industry, product knowledge and problem solving skills
  • Liaising with internal and external business customers
  • Delivering within agreed time frames.
  • Achieving KPI's
  • High level of service

Your Experience:

  • Retail, contact centre or hospitality experience essential
  • Experience in banking, finance or insurance contact centres or administration is desirable
  • A relevant degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce preferred but not essential
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
  • Interest in pursuing a career in finance or banking
  • Strong emphasis on providing world class customer service
  • Must have a clear criminal & credit history
