This growing firm is part of one of Australia’s largest Financial Planning firm and is known for providing outstanding and personalized advice to a diverse client base. Their CBD office is made up of a very successful and hardworking team of financial advisers.

The team is currently looking for a Client Service Manager to join them and participate to the growth and success of the company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the principal adviser and work across a wide client base.
Your main duties will include, but won’t be limited to the preparation of client reviews and reports, the relationship management with Fund Managers and insurance providers, the development of strong relationships with clients, and other administrative tasks.

You will need to RG146 compliant. You will have a minimum of 4 years experience working in a similar role in the Financial Services industry, preferably in a Financial Planning firm. You will have a good understanding of the legislations and requirements of the Wealth Management sector and will have excellent customer relationship skills.
