The Client Services Administrator role is a permanent part time role, to be worked 30 hours across five days ideally. You will be required to support the firm’s two advisers and the Client Services Manager, working closely together to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your key responsibilities will include those listed below however may be extended should you possess additional wealth management expertise:

  • Managing and preparing files for scheduled client review meetings
  • Implementing and monitoring work in progress
  • Liaising with super fund and life offices
  • The provision of technical administrative support to advisers
  • Providing query resolution and non-advice support
  • Managing and monitoring FOFA requirements
  • Database and client file management
  • Assisting with product research and associated information

The successful candidate will ideally possess previous experience in the financial services - wealth management sector, proficient IT skills including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and an awareness or prior exposure to financial planning software. RG146 accreditation would be an asset.

In addition to your experience, you will be highly organised, able to prioritise and multi-task, and possess a high level of initiative which will tie in with your ability to see the bigger picture. Your natural ability to understand when tasks are required to be undertaken and why the flow of work happens as it does will ensure your smoothest transition into the business.
