Are you a sales gun? Ready to join an award winning telecomunications company as a Call Centre Manager? My client is actively looking for an ASAP start for there next Call Centre Manager! Located in Brisbane this opportunity offers industry leader with innovative technology and quality customer service, providing a range of business solutions for there clients across Australia.

The Role:

To be successful for this role you must have a thrill for KPI’s and Management experience within telecommunications.

  • Managing a team of 4-8 telemarketers
  • Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
  • B2B Sales, generating revenue from SME businesses
  • KPI management (self and team) to ensure targets are met
  • Quality assurance to enhance the customer experience
  • Effectively collaborate with field sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients.
  • CRM data management for effective lead generation

About you:

You must have Management experience have a drive for KPI’s and Out Bound sales! Ready to lead and inspire a team!

  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably in the telco industry
  • 2+ year leading a team in a call sales centre environment, outbound preferred
  • Previous experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in CRM data management
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate your team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Innovative and thinks outside the box
  • Highly motivated for success and exceed targets
