Randstad is looking to build up our candidate pool of proactive, enthusiastic and eager customer service representatives. We are looking to fill APS1-3 roles across the federal government that are coming up in 2017.

The positions

Randstad is working with several federal government agencies on upcoming vacancies for candidates with customer service experience. This includes face to face, phone and email correspondence with stakeholders. You will be engagement in contact centre work whether you will engage with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

A great attitude, fantastic customer service skills and positive energy. Whether for a temporary contract or non-ongoing position, clients come to Randstad for our personable people who become a great part of their team and deliver results.
