  • 6 month contract position for a federal government agency - APS3
  • Corporate office in Penrith - street parking available
  • Above market pay rate of $36.27 per hour + Superannuation

Your new company:

You will join a large growing and well known federal government organisation with a noble cause to support their customers, families and carers. You will be working in a beautifully corporate office in Penrith on a full time basis. Your team are all like minded, hardworking individuals with a supportive manager who will provide outstanding training to set you up for success.

Your new role:

  • Provide Inbound & outbound call services
  • Email inbox management
  • Identifying and escalating issues in a timely manner
  • Meeting KPIs for call volumes, & record keeping
  • Providing solutions and/or alternatives to customers

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Experience working in a office based customer service focused role with good stability
  • Local/State/Federal government experience – highly regarded
  • Exposure/knowledge in the disability sector
  • Ability to build rapport, trust and sound relationships quickly over the phone
  • Strong resilience with a desire to succeed & PASSION to assist customers
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a changing and fast paced environment
