We are working with an event management agency known to partner with its clients to delivers the best outcome for the desired budget through their experience and flexibility.

The company offer bespoke event planning and program design services to suit our clients requirements including researching and creating a great program that meets messaging objectives and gets results.

The approach through the company is to partner with its clients to maximise audience engagement throughout the outcome focussed programs.

As the Content producer your responsibilities will included;

  • Producing programs and researching for approximately 10 seminars and 2 large conferences per year.
  • Strategic thinker and multi-tasker, setting programme tasks and directions.
  • Developing session formats and sourcing drawcard and potential guest speakers
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement internally and externally to ensure the successful delivery or every program.

To be considered for this role the perfect candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum three years experience in a similar role (mandatory)
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Deadline orientated
  • Marketing and copywriting experience

For the right candidate on offer is an initial 3 month part time contract role, attractive hourly rate, flexible working hours. You will be joining an energetic team of passionate and creative conference and event specialists and supported by like minded people.
