Well established international construction organisation with a national presence require experienced contracts administrator to asisst with the management and upkeep of construction projects. Duties will include contract creation and upkeep, scope negotiation and general administration.

Well-established Illawarra based construction company looking to expand with a newly made contracts administration role. This role will assist with the creation and implementation of construction contracts in a range of infrastructure and earthworks projects.

Duties Include:

  • Creation of construction contract specifications and scope documents
  • Meet with the general contractor and clients to assist in construction process
  • Perform on-site inspections of construction progress
  • Monitor and record construction progress and changes
  • Write, prepare, and understand specifications
  • Handling petty cash
  • Operation of front office phones
  • Diary management
  • Record minutes
  • Filing, emails, data entry
  • Setting up meeting room

We are looking for:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Previous contracts administration experience
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite, Word and Excel is a necessity
  • Well presented with a personable manner
