This employer is well established in Melbourne, completing a very interesting range of projects across several market sectors both locally and further afield across Victoria. With an impressive range of repeat clients they also have some unique development interests and have four projects to commence between now and the Xmas break.

Due to these recent project wins they are now seeking a two candidates with solid workplace experience within the commercial construction sector, either in a Project Co-ordinator or Contract Administration capacity. In this role you will be working hand in hand with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor, providing a critical role in the successful completion of commercial and apartment build projects. With opportunities to get exposure on site you your core duties will include:

  • Assisting in Value Management/Engineering
  • Undertaking job costing and setup
  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Vetting and letting of contracts
  • Processing RFI’s & EOT’s
  • Liaison with Clients, Architects, Engineers & Regulatory Authorities
