Located in the inner eastern suburbs, out of modern new office with easy parking access, they have an impressive repeat client list across institutional clients, universities, public and independent schools as well as undertaking a select range of their own developments encompassing apartments and townhouse developments.

With a refreshing attitude to sub-contractors, clients and employees alike this is a builder where you will be given full support and mentorship to develop your CA skills and work towards a PM role in the medium term. Working alongside one of the groups Senior Project Managers, the successful candidate's role will include:

  • Tender trade packages to contractors
  • Sub-contractor negotiations
  • Assisting preparation of budgets
  • Preparation of progress claims
  • Administering progress payments and contract variations
  • Cost management and reporting
  • Playing a key and active role in PCG meetings and liaison with consultants and client representatives.

The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in construction/building and have proven skills in the role of Project Co-ordinator or Contracts Administrator within a commercial build environment. Solid communication, negotiation and organisational skills are essential coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment will be key to success in this role.

A salary package in the $80k - $110k range is available, dependent upon experience.
