This group is an innovative and cutting edge building group who have a fantastic approach to business and their project work which has enable sustained and organic growth over the past 5 years. Working exclusively on negotiated works with repeat clients they continue to win accolades on their client focussed approach and have an ever increasing portfolio of projects to $15m across construction, refurbishment and fitout.

As part of continued growth they are in the midst of establishing an additional project team and are seeking to appoint a Contracts Administrator/Project Coordinator to work underneath one of this groups Senior PM’s,. In this role you will work across office and site with ample opportunity to work at the client interface and gain broad project exposure in a fantastic proactive and supportive team environment

The main requirements for this position are:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Building
  • 2+ years experience on commercial build and/or fitout projects
  • Successful track record working for a main contractor/builder in the commercial arena
  • Sound understanding of construction practises
  • Excellent administration, communication and IT skills
