The Role

As a Corporate Advisor you will work directly and consultatively on a variety of projects including the management of a challenging range of transactions including IPOs, acquisitions, mergers, divestments and capital raisings across both a range of industries and different points of the deal cycle ie. strategic reviews, origination, structuring and execution. It will require the preparation of high quality documentation, including prospectuses and information memoranda.

Skills & Experience

  • Background in M&A/Corporate Advisory, preferably debt and equity
  • Intricate knowledge of financial markets and instruments
  • Proven track record of success from a similar role
  • Commercial acumen to readily assimilate information, exercise sound judgement and capitalise on insights leading to a positive business outcome for all
  • An interest, or preferably understanding of biotechnology
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment, without a cookie cutter approach, whilst multi tasking
  • Innate drive, curiosity, passion and courage to work in a truly innovative environment
