Randstad currently have multiple temporary Corporate Reception roles across the Adelaide area. These Corporate Reception roles can vary from 1-2 day assignments to longer in duration, some with an opportunity for permanency, the opportunities are across a number of sectors across the market.

As a Coporate Reception, you will be the face of the organisation, responsible for meeting and greeting clients, answering inbound calls and directing as appropriate, and processing all incoming mail to the office email. You will also be responsible for kitchen and client space upkeep, as well as any ad hoc administration duties required such as scanning, filing, banking and uploading of documents to an electronic system.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role is essential;

  • Experience in a corporate reception role
  • Experience with high volume calls and a busy environment
  • Microsoft Suite confident
  • Excellent corporate presentation
  • High attention to detail and a sense of ownership of your work
  • High level of initiative and solution focused approach
  • DCSI clearence is a essential requirement for some industries
