An immediate opportunity exists for an experienced receptionist to work in this vibrant and fast paced technology company. Starting soon the role is full time and you will be working in varied environment where you will need to display a great attitude and initiative in your work. Not only will you be on reception you will also be required to look after a number of administration tasks. In this role you will:

  • Be the face of the company
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Administration support to the Finance Manager
  • Ordering stationary
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Organising couriers
  • Provide additional administrative support where needed

This role would suit you if you have:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Intermediate office suite skills
  • Previous corporate reception experience is essential
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
