This innovative and highly successful international bank is seeking a full time corporate receptionist. Based in a sleek, polished & brand new office space in the CBD, you will take ownership of the receptionist role. Being the first point of contact you will liaise directly with clients and be responsible for coordinating the front office. This role requires your professionalism, strong attention to detail & organization skills. This opportunity offers stability, attractive remuneration & plenty of other perks!

Your Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients – meet & greet them
  • Handle any phone enquiries and redirect to relevant stakeholders
  • Efficiently handle any administrative requirements including data entry
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures

About You

  • You must have minimum 5 years corporate reception experience
  • Banking & financial services experience is highly desirable
  • High level of professionalism & confidentiality
  • You are self-motivated & take initiative
