A newly created position has arisen for a Corporate Receptionist to lead a small front of house team within the Financial Services sector.

Conveniently located in the centre of Melbourne’s CBD, this office boasts wonderful views of the city and it’s surroundings.

Your tasks will include:

  • Meeting and greeting company clients and stakeholders
  • Building rapport and strong relationships within the team, as well as with clients and stakeholders
  • Courier management
  • Meeting room and office facility management
  • Catering and function management
  • Leading a small team by implementing streamlined processes

In order to step in and hit the ground running in this position, you will possess previous leadership experience as well as a strong background working in a front of house based role, within the professional services sector.
