About the role -

My client is seeking a professional and polished Corporate Receptionist to join their supportive team environment. You will have the opportunity to make the role your own while taking on multiple administrative tasks at once. You will be polished in your presentation, articulate in your communication, have a positive approach to life and a keen eye for detail.

Job description –

As a Corporate Receptionist, you will create the first impression clients have of this well-respected business as well as being a central and valued member of the wider team. Being the face of the office, you will warmly welcome clients and visitors, and provide quality administrative assistance to the team as required. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Answer and respond to all reception calls
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage room bookings
  • Organise catering for meetings and events
  • Coordinate internal and external events
  • Manage mail, printing, scanning and filing
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Various ad-hoc duties as required

Skills / Experience –

Minimum 1-2 years prior experience working in a similar Receptionist role, as well as:

  • Competent/intermediate level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative when problem solving
