A role has become available for an on going, part time Receptionist to join a busy office located on St Kilda Road for three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
  • Diary and meeting room management
  • Greeting and directing all external visitors
  • Receiving and dispatching mail
  • Maintaining office cleanliness
  • Ensuring messages are passed on in a timely manner

As you will be acting as the first point of contact for external visitors and company stakeholders, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive company image and therefor the following skills are necessary:

  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • A professional and polite telephone manner
  • A strong understanding of how to create a positive and enjoyable customer experience
  • Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to multitask
