job description

Working for this innovative and reputable organisation the role will see you take full control and manage the debtors ledger on a day to day basis.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Daily Bank Reconciliations and allocation of all payments
  • Debtor Reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve customer enquiries
  • Make follow up collection calls on outstanding accounts
  • Opening up of new accounts and running appropriate background checks
  • Processing and investigating credit claims
  • Month end debtor reporting
  • Provide back up to finance when required
  • General administrative tasks as required

To be considered for the role the right applicant will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in Credit Control
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level Excel
