This is an opportunity to join a well known organisation that is an industry leader within its field. Being an experienced Credit Officer, this position will see you manage your own ledger while working in a small credit team. They are looking for a confident and experienced Credit professional to manage all aspects of credit.

Reporting to an experienced Credit Manager, key duties will involve:

  • Manage your own ledger
  • Allocation of payments and follow up any unidentified funds
  • Collection calls
  • Handling customer enquiries and processing credit claims
  • Banking and allocations
  • Following up on outstanding / overdue invoices
  • Focus on continuous improvement to processes and procedures
  • Ensure lines of communication are open and clear with other departments
  • Raising credit notes and performing credit check

The role is suited to an experienced Credit professional with demonstrable experience in a similar role. You will be comfortable working in a team environment and relish the challenge of managing customers effectively. You must have confident Excel skills for the hands on reporting.
