Following an acquisition during 2018, an additional Credit Officer is needed to join the team aligned
to the provision of digital services. In this role, you will take responsibility for a specific ledger
aligned to a business unit and undertake a full credit role including:

  • Reviewing bank accounts on a daily basis and allocating payments against accounts
  • Reconciling accounts to understand existing outstanding balances
  • Using ATB reports to chase outstanding amounts
  • Encouraging customers to move to direct debit payments where possible
  • Sending out duplicate statements and invoices as requested


Working in an Oracle based environment, you will be used to an end to end credit role using a large
ERP system. You will be confident in dealing with business customers ranging from SME business
owners to more corporate customers and be able to negotiate favourable outcomes. You will enjoy
working to a monthly cash collection target.
