An exciting opportunity has arisen for a regulatory Business Analyst within a leading financial services firm. Working within the busy and fast paced international business, you will play key role in helping this organisation meet its wider business requirements.
Due to new regulatory requirements imposed on international banks this company is currently seeking to transform the way it performs its day to day activities and is looking to transform its current operating model.
This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key part in this project that will play a key a role around how the business operates within the future.
As the Regulatory Business Analyst within this regulatory transformation programme you will require experience within the project space either from an Operations perspective or from a governance related space. In addition experience within smaller businesses where you will have gained a good knowledge of end to end processes.
Also within the regulatory project you will ideally have the following experience;
- Previous experience of assimilating requirements from various internal and external sources in conjunction with Compliance
- Extensive experience in managing the regulatory requirements across a large transformation project.
- Proven track record in dealing with senior stakeholders and issues, resolution skills plus a demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
- Strong analytical and business process mapping skills.
