As Customer Care Consultant you will be an “elite” performer with a passion for providing the absolute highest quality of service with every customer interaction. You will naturally engage in building relationships whilst managing the retention of customers through inbound and outbound calls. You will identify customer needs through your effective questioning and active listening ability and making every contact count.
What are we looking for?
If you are a customer service enthusiast with proven experience in providing a premium service across a diverse customer base, we want to hear from you. Ideally you will be naturally inquisitive and resilient with an ability to articulate, listen and communicate to effectively identify customer needs along with providing solutions and action priorities. You will communicate appropriate policy and product information by outlining features and benefits with a passionate, motivating and positive delivery. You will be goal focused and enjoy working within a target driven environment which will see you contribute towards the overall success of the business. Someone who is technically savvy and comfortable to navigate through various platforms and databases will adapt well in this fantastic role.
To be considered for this opportunity you must;
- Be available and flexible to be rostered between the hours of 8.30am to 8.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Be available to work Saturday's on a rotation basis between the hours of 8.00am to 1.00pm
- Be available for 2 weeks full-time paid training based at nib Newcastle Head Office
