job description

Immediate start for a talented Customer Contact Officer with a on a 7 month contract. You will Be supporting users over the phone, email, face to face and over live chat. With exposure to the latest technology, you will be responsible for providing first class technical support a number of customer locations.

There may also be requirements to work occasional shift work or weekends depending on the business requirements to cover the university core support hours.

To be successful in this role you must be a self motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and clear, concise communication skills along with solid technical abilities.

Required experience and competencies:

  • Experience in providing telephone based support
  • Preferabley some I.T experience and a technical know how
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find resolutions
  • Experience working in a windows 10 environment
