Randstad is currently working with a large superannuation client, who has an exciting opportunity for Customer Information Representative's. This organisation has a great culture and is team driven. They work collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service outcomes and pride themselves on building solid relationships not only within their team but with their customers and stakeholders.

This opportunity is available for fulltime and part time roles.

To be considered for these role you will need:

  • Experience working within a call centre environment
  • Experience handling inbound customer enquiries by phone, email & mail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be results driven and work towards KPIs
  • Be organised and have the ability to multi task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand complex legislation
  • Display personal resilience and reliability
