Manage the workflow of queries, disputes and complaints that come through the wider bank. Tackle less complex cases and ensure resolution of customer complaints.

Your new role

  • Respond to customer queries, complaints and follow up via email
  • Resolve lesser complex cases through investigation and compilation of evidence
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Allocate work order items to relevant business units and undertake follow up measures
  • Maintain databases and handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Work with close attention to compliance and quality assurance procedures

Your skillset and experience

  • Previous banking, legal administration or customer complaints handling experience
  • Proficient communication skills and written articulation
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast paced work environment
