Your new company

You will join a leading national provider of products and services within the building & construction industry. Due to exciting and continued growth within the business, a fantastic opportunity has become available within the customer service team. You will be joining a vibrant and hardworking team of 12 with unlimited support and training from a down to earth, fantastic manager. This will be an amazing opportunity based in Ingleburn on a full time temporary basis with an incredibly likely view for permanency for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all inbound calls and facilitating customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing sales support to account managers.
  • Managing orders through SAP to ensure the smooth delivery of products.
  • Managing effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately process credits and return
  • Maintain customer records and ensuring changes are updated in the system.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Recent proven, stable experience in a similar role
  • Previous phone based customer service experience in a busy environment
  • Professional and engaging phone manner
  • SAP experience in sales order entry tasks is desirable but not necessary.
  • Full time availability
