Our client is an ASX listed Dairy Company located in Melbourne and is one of Australia’s recognisable brand names in the FMCG space.

Our client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support the sales function with customer enquiries and processing of orders whilst communicating to both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate must be a ‘go getter’, be self motivated and have the drive to achieve business strategy. You must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail and enjoy working under pressure.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Liaising with internal and external contacts
  • Processing high volume of orders
  • Provide reporting to functional executives
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Following the order management process
  • Responding to email enquiries

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience working for an FMCG or Food & Beverage company (advantageous)
  • Highly developed computer skills
  • Be a team player and strive to achieve business goals
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • MYOB or ERP system experience would be highly advantageous
  • Experience managing the order to delivery process for both domestic and export markets (advantageous)
