Your New Company

The unique opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator in the Pre-Construction Team has arisen, joining this highly reputable residential home building company. This company prides themselves on creating a seamless journey for their clientele throughout the home building process by employing an expert team.

Your New Role

A typical day in your new role will include an extensive range of customer service related activities to support the internal and external stakeholders. Make this role your own by creating and maintaining great relationships with clients who are building their new homes and undertaking one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Your duties will involve:

  • Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with clientele from plan presentation until construction
  • Coordination and allocation of consumer files through the system
  • Liaising with internal teams; Sales, Estimating and Drafting as necessary for Council and Certifier requirements.
  • Generating tenders and contracts for signing
  • Proofing client colour, design and upgrade selections for final approvals
  • Preparing, proof-reading, signing and exchanging contracts
  • Keeping clients updated throughout development of their properties
  • Liaising with Solicitors and Lending Bodies
  • Problem resolution or escalation where required
  • Post-Contract, assisting with estimator enquiries, and providing final Construction Plans
  • Maintaining and updating databases and general administrative duties

What We Need From You

  • Experience with a Residential Home Building Company or within the industry is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build expert relationships through customer service tasks
  • Positive upbeat attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Prioritisation, organisation and time management skills
  • Great written and oral communication
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite expertise
  • Be proactive
