This role will see you become a pivotal part of their growth and success. Your leadership skills, hands on and customer focused approach are the key to your success! As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Relationship Manager’s and consistently reporting to the Head of Customer Relations
  • Appropriately allocating resources to maximise team efficiency; this includes tasks such as staff coverage, lead management and credit assessment
  • Consistently be a first point of contact for team members in relation to any issues or escalated customer calls
  • Professionally and efficiently handling any escalated issues
  • Building strong relationships with all stakeholders and ultimately ‘leading by example’
  • Monitor staff KPIs and provide support and coaching where necessary

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience supervising or managing a team is necessary
  • Experience within a fast paced, high volume call centre is necessary
  • Experience within banking or financial services is highly desirable
  • Demonstrate an ability to lead and engage a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer literacy and problem solving skills
  • A positive and proactive approach to work!
