Your new company

Randstad is recruiting for a reputable federal government agency located in Tuggeranong. We are looking for an APS3 customer service support officer for a 6 month contract commencing as soon as possible.

Your new position:

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Scanning and photocopying
  • Monitoring email inboxes
  • Undertake verification of data and participant information
  • Drafting and ministerial correspondence
  • Answering and responding to calls through a tip off line
  • Responding to enquiries via multiple channels
  • Drafting project documentation
  • Adhoc duties.

The successful candidate:

  • Great Analytical and problem solving skills
  • A positive “can do” attitude
  • Show great initiative
  • Strong management of conflicting priorities.
  • Strong engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Intermediate skills within Microsoft office.
  • 1-2 years Previous experience in stakeholder management
  • 1-2 years Previous experience in a customer service/ Call centre position.
