Your new role

You will be providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the different teaching teams at TAFE NSW in early 2019. You will be supporting the teaching section with administrative tasks, as well as answering student inquiries. You will also be responsible for data cleansing and maintenance of student records

What you'll need to succeed

You must have strong communication skills and be prepared to work in a team environment where honesty and respect are highly valued. Tasks involve managing incoming phone and email inquiries in a high volume environment from both students and teachers therefor immaculate communication both written and verbal will be assumed.

What you'll get in return

You will be working with a team of around 30 teachers, admin and support staff in a vibrant open plan office environment. Training will be provided in student management systems and learner portal. Friendly and supportive team who are student outcome focused. You will get experience working for a government organisation. Interviews will be conducted in advance for TAFE in different locations including Strathfield, Meadowbank, Ryde, Nepean, Penrith, Kingswood and Mount druitt.
