About the company/role:

Join one of the leading NSW State Government Organizations as an inbound Customer Service representative.

Based in Parramatta, there are multiple roles available within the Customer Service team for the right candidates.

Key responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Service Representative you will respond to enquires from various customers and stakeholders
  • Resolving customer queries via phone and email
  • Manage and complete customer contact lifecycle
  • Achieve KPIs and hitting organizational targets/objectives
  • Provide support to supervisors/managers
  • General administrative duties such as data entry and other adhoc duties

Key requirements:

  • Inbound Customer Service experience essential
  • Experience in legal OR financial sector is advantageous
  • Friendly personality, positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Time management and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pick up software systems efficiently
