Our federal government partner is responsible for conducting national security clearances for the Australian Defence Force, Government employees, contractors and industry personnel accessing Commonwealth information, resources and facilities.
We are looking for experienced and motivated people in Adelaide to form dedicated teams to assist in improvement to security clearance process and procedures.
Your new role - Clearance Support Officer
The Clearance Support team is responsible for the primary customer access channels (phone and emails) for AGSVA customers seeking support and advice on the security vetting process and other ancillary vetting services. These roles would suit experienced contact centre candidates with excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
About your role
As a member of the clearance support team, you will:Respond to telephone and email enquiries providing support and advice in regard to security clearance related matters
You will be successful in this role, if you will tick all the boxes below:Must be an Australia CitizenHold a baseline security clearance as a minimum or have the ability to obtain.contact centre experience essentialExceptional customer service experienceAble to engage with diverse audiences and stakeholder groupsCan work well autonomously and part of the teamExcellent computer skills including MS OfficeExperience in handling and managing confidential and sensitive information
