The Opportunity

We are currently partnering with multiple Government Departments across Brisbane.

The Candidate

We are looking for motivated, hard working, driven individuals that are able to work in a high volume Call Centre environment, delivering exceptional customer service in everything that you do. You will have experience with:

  • Follow a script
  • Use dual screens
  • Managing your own work flow
  • Excellent customer service
  • Taking high volume inbound calls
  • Achieving KPI’s
  • Intermediate computing skills
  • High level of accuracy & efficiency, multitasking and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Advanced negotiation and complex problem solving skills – ability to think outside the square
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative capacity
  • Proficiency with multiple systems , and receptive to feedback and training
  • Personal resilience, proactive and service focus
