The purpose of this position is to respond to incoming customer, member, and provider telephone enquiries in an efficient and effective manner whilst meeting or exceeding the required performance and compliance quality standards in line with best practice procedures and customer service interaction principles.

The successful applicant will:

  • Be able to identify internal and external customers/members/stakeholders needs and recognises their importance and value to the organisation
  • Productively develop and build customer/member relations by understanding and responding to customer needs in a timely fashion whilst ensuring customer/member satisfaction
  • Demonstrate commitment to customer service excellence

What are we looking for:

  • Customer Service experience with a pleasant phone manner
  • Friendly and approachable applicants, with strong customer service values
  • An understanding of KPIs and the importance of meeting them (no sales will be involved)
  • Effective communication, both orally and in writing, with customers/members/peers and other stakeholders by actively listening and responding to questions or issues raised and by reflecting back any concerns or misunderstandings to ensure the giving and receiving of information is understood
  • Team Player
  • Effective time management

This is a contract role which requires full-time availability – part-time candidates will not be considered.
