As the prime gateway to South Australia, Adelaide Airport, through its state of the art facilities, is focused on providing over eight million passengers annually with efficient, comfortable and world-class services. The Land side Operations Team performs an essential and highly visible role at Adelaide Airport and is currently seeking to significantly increase their on-site capabilities with the following permanent positions:

Customer Service Officer

Multiple Positions

The role encompasses indoor and outdoor duties including customer service, traffic control, conflict resolution, radio operation, cash handling and maintenance of car park equipment. The position is based upon a 4 day on, 2 day off roster (Monday to Sunday) with 5 weeks annual leave.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Face to face customer service experience
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Computer literacy
  • A proven ability to follow procedures and protocols in a highly regulated environment.

Applicants with Aviation, Hotel and/or Tourism experience will be highly regarded. All candidates will undergo in depth screening (including a police check and medical) prior to confirmation.
