Randstad’s dedicated Government Team has been partnering with Local, State and Federal Government Departments and Authorities across Australia for over 25 years. We are proactively seeking Customer Service Officers for upcoming short term, long term and ongoing contracts.

About the Role:

Answering telephones

Data entry

Reception duties

Assessing and processing documents in line with policies and procedures

Maintain utmost integrity and confidentiality of personal information

Inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard

About You:

Prior experience in as a Customer Service Officer

Prior experience as a Housing Officer or Property Mangers highly sought after

Experience dealing with diverse clients including from a low socio-economic background and a range of cultural backgrounds

Strong administrative skills

Experience working within a Government Department

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
