We are looking for experienced Customer Service & Call Centre Officers who are available for short and long term assignments for positions based in and around Perth’s CBD. The ideal candidate will possess a positive “can do” attitude and be available between Monday – Friday.

The key responsibilities for the exciting opportunities are as follows:

  • Managing incoming customer calls and enquiries
  • Provide timely customer solutions
  • Educate customers on existing/new products and services
  • Customer complaint and resolution management
  • Data entry
  • Document control and management
  • General office administration
  • Creating, maintaining and updating relative customer documentation/files

In order to be successful in these opportunities, the following experience is required:

  • Possess a high level of experience working within a customer service or call centre position
  • Strong customer service and administration skills
  • Experience in customer complaint management
  • Ability to work in a fast environment
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to learn systems quickly
  • Professional, reliable and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team
