About the Role
This role will see you have a diverse range duties including taking inbound customer queries, coordinating and delegating assets for specific tasks, accounts payable functions, managing the customer inbox and supporting the operations team. You will be working in a high-tempo environment where no two days are the same.

About You
You will have experience in customer service and fulfilling successfully accounts payable functions. Essential skills include:

  • Experience using SAP
  • Strong use of MS Excel
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workloads
  • Team player
  • Able to work in a professional yet friendly workplace
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Coordinate, manage and resolve issues in a high pressure environment
  • Develop and manage customers' schedules of services including short notice placements and cancellations
