A fantastic opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to take the next challenge in their career. The successful candidate must have previous customer service experience in an office environment and be able to professionally assist customers in a timely fashion via, phone and email. You will be working in an office and warehouse setting giving you the ability to get your hands dirty. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment.

You will be working in a relaxed and informal setting but with plenty to do and will need to possess a great attitude and willingness to learn. Good IT skills are essential.

This role is a majority customer service role, however with being a small team, it will require the ideal candidate to assist in other areas of the business including the warehouse when required. A forklift license is desired but not essential for this.

If you believe you have exceptional customer service skills, have strong communication skills, great attention to detail and genuinely take pride in your work this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role you will be:
• Handling phone & email enquiries from internal & external stakeholders
• Providing clients with quotes
• Assist the Operations & Sales Manager with any adhoc jobs
• Claim Management
• Data Entry
• General customer relations
• Working in the warehouse when required


This role would suit you if you have:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent time management skills
• Accurate data entry and typing skills
• A good eye for detail
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
• The willingness to be adaptable and just get stuck in and get on with the day
• Microsoft Excel and MYOB knowledge is highly desirable
• Previous experience in a similar environment
