Your new company:

You will join Australia's largest privately-owned logistics company in a beautifully corporate setting. This is an exclusive opportunity to join a team of 10 high performing customer account specialists on a temporary part time basis. You will have a supportive and flexible manager who is highly regarded amongst the team. Your new role:

Your main aim will be to provide exceptional customer service to key pharmaceutical clients, and to contribute to the operation of all divisions within the company. This is a varied role in a well established company, where no two days are the same.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders into SAP
  • Provide high quality and exceptional customer service
  • Accurately process credits and returns
  • Follow up on orders and liaise with freight regarding deliveries
  • Weekly and monthly reporting using MS Excel

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Similar customer service experience with a stable working history & reliability
  • A customer-centric and service-oriented mind-set
  • Ability to manage your duties through wise planning and prioritisation
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in using SAP for order entry will be highly regarded.
  • Pharmaceutical background highly regarded.
