Your new role

When you become a Customer Service Representative for icare you are trained, coached and supported to deliver an exceptional customer experience every call. You will engage with your colleagues and leadership team to create a workplace that is defined by excellence and professionalism.

About you

Your proven and inspiring solutions based customer service skills combined with the ability to be engaging over the phone and create positive customer interaction on every call. You will be a promoter of technology and demonstrate drive to learn systems and policy quickly.

Commitment to work Monday to Friday shifts rostered between 7am - 7pm, no leave in your first 3 months, be available for a assessment centre this Friday and availability to start on the 8th of August.
